Mahta Hazaveh, DDS
Dr. Mahta Hazaveh is a pediatric dentist who earned her dentistry degree in Sweden before continuing her education with a Master of Science in Dentistry through Rutgers University in collaboration with Montreal, Canada. She completed her pediatric dental residency at Rutgers University in New Jersey and has been working in the dental field for more than 12 years. Dr. Hazaveh has received the Richard C. Pugh Achievement Award and the NJAPD Resident Recognition Award for her accomplishments in pediatric dentistry.
Born in Iran and raised in Sweden, Dr. Hazaveh also spent several years living in Canada before returning to the United States. She is passionate about creating positive experiences for children and values being part of a collaborative team that allows her to focus on exceptional patient care. When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Hazaveh enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, and visiting family in New Jersey.
